Description
The workout set is intended for exercise with your own weight. It consists of two horizontal ladders and two supporting walls with a ladder with an extended bar, six bars of different lengths and heights, two "snake" bars, two triple bars, two retaining walls above the bars for handstand training, four "para" bars for the handicapped, two inclined and two straight benches, two pairs of balance pillars, two triplets of balance posts, two ground bars. These elements provide space for curling, practicing movements with different grips and elements for other exercises. Made according to the STN EN 16630 standard.
